If you’ve ever experienced sudden fear and panic, heart palpitations and difficulty breathing, you understand the distress this can cause. The impact of panic attacks on a person’s wellbeing and happiness is often significant, and if you experience these frequently, this free NHS CBT course can help you towards a calmer, healthier future.
Our Panic Attacks course introduces you to the main concepts that will be covered over the three treatment sessions. Following a gentle overview that explains Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and how this approach is used to help you in develop your own solutions to your current difficulties, these sessions will help you manage your panic attacks, addressing your thoughts, behaviour and wellbeing. You will learn about the symptoms of panic attacks and we’ll explore techniques that can help you to overcome those feelings.
